House of Uniforms offers one of the largest ranges of uniforms and products in the industry. Over 30 of our primary Ranges/Brands are listed on our website but we also have relationships with almost all industry suppliers that enable us to source and provide almost any product.

When things go wrong, we handle it.
We hate mistakes and problems. We’ve spent a lot of time fine tuning our procedures to limit them but as with life in general they still occur. We aim to have a long term business relationship with you. We want you be happy and we will resolve mistakes as quickly and smoothly as possible. If they are our mistakes we will cover all associated costs. If they are your mistakes we will assist you in getting them resolved as quickly and cheaply as possible.
We check for quality.
It might not always be apparent but there’s quite a lot of manufacturing steps involved in producing a finished product with your artwork. These steps often encompass, multiple countries, languages and government departments. In addition the various components and stages of production involve a variety of different companies and their staff. Considering this it is unsurprising that mistakes regularly happen. As part of our daily processes we inspect and check your garments/products to ensure they are correct. Almost every day we spot and return products to our manufacturers for: stains, damage, picking errors, incorrect labelling, etc. Unfortunately some faults are not always apparent and sometimes things get missed. You can be comfortable in the knowledge that House of Uniforms will correct it promptly.
We meet deadlines.
We have never failed to deliver an urgent order for an agreed upon deadline. There has been a few times when we have had to cover additional courier fees, work very late and just generally scramble, harass and hustle when suppliers that we’ve relied on have let us down but we’ve always found a way to deliver what we’ve promised to our customer, every time.

We offer comprehensive knowledge & advice.
We distribute over 30 Brands that contain thousands of different garments. Our staff have seen & handled (and often worn) most of these garments and can give you practical advice on their suitability for your needs. The majority of our staff have a strong background in fashion or design and can be relied on for style advice.
Our service is speedy.
House of Uniform’s Director is a very impatient and demanding woman. Consequently House of Uniform’s staff know the value of being speedy and getting things done, NOW! If there is something to be done we’ll get in and do it for you as soon as we can (which is usually pretty fast).

We love the internet. We’ve spent a great deal of time developing our website and putting as much of our business process up there as practical for the benefit of our customers. We are also a responsible, wholly Australian owned & registered company with staff, an office and production facilities. If you would like or need to come in and see us you can. It is unfortunate but all too common for new customers to arrive with horror stories of their previous encounters with fly-by-night operators using mobile numbers, email addresses or websites that disappear or who are ignored when problems occur. We do our own embroidery in-house at our office.
We can accommodate rush orders and consistency of product as we are in control. We retain all of your artwork information for exact reproduction of colours, sizes and style so that you get consistent results.
We have a state of the art Japanese Barudan Embroidery Machine which produces a consistently excellent product. We use high quality Kingstar polyester threads which guarantee that your embroidery remains colourfast and doesn't fade for the life of your garment.

We offer Australia wide service & delivery.
House of Uniforms services clients across Australia and it's nearby island neighbours. Orders, catalogues and samples are sent out each night via courier from Melbourne and arrive overnight to most capital cities. By utilising our website, hard copy catalogues, sample garments and our friendly staff, we provide clients with the ability to easily select their uniforms and products regardless of their location. Our procedures for dealing with non-local clients are so smooth and user friendly that a large portion of our local clients have never felt the need to come in to our showroom

Established in 2004, we plan on being in business for a very, very long time. Our policies and planning decisions are all based around the long term health of our company.
