Formal Quotations

If you know the exact styles, quantites and decorations that you require we can provide a formal quotation.

A formal quote provides you with the full and final cost of your order reflecting any Discounts that you may qualify for, Set Up fees and exact Decoration Charges.

To ensure you receive an accurate quote and the best possible price please provide the following details of what you require:

- Product Style Number/Name and Brand/Catalogue:
(e.g. "City Collection- 2145", "James Harvest- Webster", etc.)

- Quantity per Style.
(Sizes and Colours will also be needed before ordering but as it doesn't affect the price it can finalised later on.)

- Embroidery or Screen Printing - Artwork, Position(s), Sizes
(e.g. Logo to be embroidered on front left hand size chest 80mm wide)
***Please attach artwork in AI, EPS or PDF format if possible.***

- Any Deadlines associated with the order.
(Our usual turnaround time for new customers is 1-3 weeks from order confirmation. Which includes time for embroidery sampling and confirmation. Reorders are usually fulfilled in 1-2 weeks.)

- Company Details & Contact Person
(Name and Address of the Company as you wish it to appear on the Invoice. The Name and Contact Details including the phone number and email address of the person organising the order.)

- Delivery or Pick Up

Each Brand/Catalogue on our website has it's own price list.

Tell us which Brand/Catalogue Price List you want and we will email it directly to you.

Additionally if you tell us what sort of uniforms you are looking for (e.g. Business Shirts & Pants), we will suggest and send to you all of the Price Lists for the Brands/Catalogues that we recommend you consider.

Spot Prices

If you just want to know the price of one or two styles that you have seen contact us with the Style Number/Name and the Brand/Catalogue that it belongs to.

We will provide you with the price and any recommendations regarding alternative products as well as the pros and cons of the item you are considering.
