As well as our extensive stock range of garments we also provide a Custom Made garment service.
Custom Made uniforms or clothing are suited for those clients who are looking for something a little different or who have specific garment requirements which can not be met through off the shelf garments.
We can create garment patterns for unique styles or in some instances we can provide stock patterns from our reference library for more common products. You then choose the fabric (from an extensive range) and we set about making your garments.
Your garment is entirely made off-shore including any embroidery or printing and delivered to Australia as a completed garment.
The minimums for off-shore production start at approximately 100 pieces per colour depending on garment type and fabric required.
There is a small catch to consider with custom made clothing. As uniforms & clothing are made in various sizes you will find that some sizes run out well before others. Consequently you will probably have anywhere from 1/4 to a half of your initial production run left when you will need to do a second run to cover shortages in various sizes. It's not a huge deal but it is something to be mindful of as the same minimums are required for repeat orders.
